The Objective Kutaisi Bazaar requires a high-end digital platform for their boutique hotel and bar that balances a concept-driven, moody aesthetic with heavy, high-performance functionality. The objective is to build a scalable CMS environment that seamlessly handles complex room filtering, while strictly optimizing the mobile booking experience for conversion.

The Mindset Because this is an active build, my current focus is on establishing the foundational atmosphere and the core technical routing. I approached the homepage milestone by prioritizing clean lines, custom typography, and large-scale imagery to capture the physical "vibe" of the location. The mindset is to ensure the interface feels deeply atmospheric and tactile, without letting the heavy visual weight slow down the user's path to the booking trigger.

Technical Execution & Roadblocks (Active Build) This project serves as a live stress-test for crossing technical boundaries within Framer. Currently, I am actively engineering solutions for several complex integrations:

• API & Payment Routing: Architecting the connection between the Arealy booking engine and a localized Georgian bank payment API (e.g., Bank of Georgia/TBC) to ensure frictionless, secure transactions directly from the UI.

• Mobile-First Conversion: Developed a persistent, "sticky" booking bar logic for the mobile breakpoint, ensuring the primary conversion trigger is never lost during the scroll.

• Performance Optimization: Balancing large-scale atmospheric photography with subtle scroll-triggered reveals, actively optimizing asset loading so the cinematic feel doesn't compromise the mobile PageSpeed metrics.
